GERMAN SPEAKERS FOR A GLOBAL COMPANY
Responsibilities:
Provide low technical support to various computer periphery parts in German language
Supervise a limited number of small client accounts
Provide and manage the resolution of all incoming incidents allocated to you
Establish a long-term customer relation and business continuity.
Requirements:
Proficiency/Advanced level in German language (written and spoken)
Intermediate level in English language (written and spoken).
Technical / IT background or a degree (Bachelor/Master) will be considered a plus
Very good analytical and problem solving skills, ability to learn fast
Eagerness to gain experience with new technologies
