SERVICE DESK IT CONSULTANTS WITH GERMAN
Service Desk IT Consultants required for the organisation will have to join their new service desk, working on 1st line issues. He/She will be responsible for developing and maintaining communication with Customers, acting as a technical reference as well as working to established SLA's providing excellent customer service in GERMAN and ENGLISH establishing long-term customer relation and business continuity.
The candidates we are looking for must have:
At least 1-3 years of experience in supporting any or all of the following:
Microsoft or LINUX operating Systems
Blade or Proliant Servers
Virtualization software (VMWare, Microsoft Hyper-V)
EVA or MSA Storage
University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Computer Science, Informatics, Telecommunication or other related field
Excellent command of GERMAN Language (both written and verbal)
Very good level of English language
Very good analytical and problem solving skills, ability to learn fast
Willingness to work in various working-time models (shifts, call availability, etc.)
Eagerness to gain experience with new technologies.
